“I would like to begin with saying that I have been a faitful customer of MSNL for over 12 years and have ALWAYS had a good experience, with little to no issues and were ALWAYS MINOR!! I don:t know what took place with the last TWO orders Ive placed but I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT I RECIEVED FOR SEEDS FOR MORE THAN ONE REASON! My 1st order was for my outdoor crop and after germinating them and growing them in solo cups under a light for a few weeks until the weather was permitting and planting some of them in the ground and some in buckets! ALL OF THE BUCKETS WERE ATLEAST 10 TO 35 GAL. I was noticing that they seemed to look very very different to be the same strain but i didnt think too much into it where two plants ARE NEVER THE SAME! Then it came to be that there were plants finishing halfway through the season and were much smaller in size than a regular seedling would generally produce! I then realized that i had some auto flower seeds sent to me somehow and I was unsure of what the strains even were!! I don't know why this happened because i looked back at my screen shots of the order and in my email and i didnt order ANY AUTOFLOWER!! Then I order another group of seeds to do an indoor crop and ordered a bundle pack! Well, I get a TOTAL DIFFERENT BUNDLE PACK FROM THE ONE I ORDERED!!! You sent me a DIFFERENT 45 DAY AUTO FLLOWER PACK ! I looked online to see what happened and there was another 45 day Auto Pack on the site as well as the one I ordered, just different strains!! Then I have 3 seeds not even break open!! Then one of the plants was stunted after it grew MAYBE AN INCH OR 2! So out of the seeds I ordered this last order, I'm short 4 from what I should be growing! This is Very upsetting as you can imagine! I have been trying to reach out to the right person or avenue on your website but i have been having a rough time with my MS and havent been able to get to the right place, I order all of my medical strains to fit my exact medical needs Having strains that Im unsure of what they even are, and then not enough of what I can a do need because of this mess between the last two orders i placed, has REALLY CAUSED ME ALOT OF DISTERSS, ANXIETY, CONFUSSION AND EXTRA MONEY! My outdoor harvest was half of what it should of been with the auto flower seeds i was sent instead of what I ordered. Having to buy product from the dispo or other providers is too costly and unmanageable for me, I have been wanting to place another order with hopes to start being able to harvest every 60 days with a variety of auto flower strains and then closer to spring order my outdoor seeds. However the situation that I have explained in this review has been fresh in my mind and im very unhappy spending money for something and not getting the correct items and of such bad quality. This HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME OR ANY OF THE OTHERS I HAVE SENT YOUR WAY DURING MY JOURNEY WITH MSNL SEEDS! I dont want to have to find another seed bank but if this isnt made right in some way or another, i might not have a choice. I have always spoke very highly of your seedbank and reassured others when recommending you that there would be no issues such as the ones ive expressed here. So, Im hoping this reaches someone that is able to look into why i was sent a different auto pack and possibly what might of happened with the order before this one as well? I truly would like to remain a customer for I have been with this bank for as long as i remember and have used no other after finding you over a decade ago and MANY, MANY awesome crops with NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO REPORT until now! I hope to hear back about this unfortunate circumstance and what might be able to be done about it, if anything at all where I was unable to reach out immediately! Thanks Again, Jen”
