“Got these & 7 outta 10 beans were crushed! Sent customer service an email & pic... They responded within an hour, no questions asked and told me they would ship me replacement the next day, so 10days latter got my new beans (east coast USA) & ended up with 3 extra. Will update at end of outdoor season. MSNL is the best and only bank worth spending with.”
