“The taste was ok. If you have had an instant cider before this is close to them. I have sleep issues already, so it is no surprise this didn't work. It was worth a try tho. If you like hot tea or cider on a cold night before you go to bed and had a rough day this could help.”

“This is Beyond delicious for starters! I don’t even care if it helped with sleep and recovery because it taste that good. It was a bonus that I wake feeling refreshed and ready to get after it.”

“It was surprisingly delicious (I mixed it with hot water) and really helped me fall asleep! I struggle with sleep issues and this worked wonders for me.”
