“This product is great! I mix a scoop with water and a little heavy cream and its so good. I drink it an hour before I go to bed and I fall asleep quick.”

“This stuff tastes great. I got the Chai flavor. However, it had no effect on my sleep. I am a horrible sleeper and i was purchasing this to use as a sleep aide. Absolutely no difference in my sleep (or lack of).”
