I've used this for multiple snowmobile, ATV, camping, and hiking trips at elevation. Living in MN and not having time for adjustment and dealing with shortness of breath, cramping, and insomnia this has helped immensely. I still get shortness of breath but not to the extent I have previously and I seem to adjust 2 days quicker. I waited to give it several trips before giving the review to make sure it wasn't fluke. I take about half the recommended dose being a medium sized female.

I live and about 500’ and have never been over 1000. I was worried about altitude sickness when going on an elk hunt in Colorado. I have found this product and it worked great. It also gave me the energy to go all week. Base camp was at 9000’ and we went up to 11000’ everyday. This is a must for mountain hunting from now on.

I have used Solitude for elk hunting in Co. and snowmobiling at high altitudes in many states and I love it, I have way less fatigue and no high altitude sickness at all. Great product!

I have used many of the Mtn. Ops products in various capacities. I have used them for weight loss, performance, supplementation and training enhancement. I have seen great success with these products both individually and paired together (sometimes 3-5 at a time) depending on my goals. I have never had any poor side-effects and my results have been great!

Took it every night before the next days climb. Felt great ascending and depending 5,500 ft on summit day of Mt. Rainier. Will use again.

It works. While at a 3-gun match at the NRA Whittington Center, altitude (7,200 feet average) I saw several competitors struggling to deal the with the altitude. I used the solitude and it helped me rapidly adapt to the altitude.

My wife and I are both prone to altitude sickness. We recently vacationed in Colorado for a week, and did not experience any symptoms. We both had a great time and truly believe MTN OPS Solitude was a huge factor!
