“I think the bcaa is awesome I mix up a bottle every other day when I use the stair master keeps me hydrated through out my entire cardio workout of 60 minutes I enjoy the apple flavor it is so refreshing Cam Haynes line is total awesome I use also the Cam pre work out , both products give the maxium strength and workout and muscle recovery thanks for the great product”
