“I love the branding and other products this company has come out with but any feedback is good feedback, right? So that being said, this multi is just your average multi that will still have a gross/metallic after-taste (especially when it causes you to belch). I am not sure if its the amount of iron or whatever but no matter how much food or protein I take this with I still have nausea and just feel bad.”

“This multi-vitamin is pretty good all around except for the amount of B2 they have put in it. 14 times the recommended daily intake for an average male? Why? All it does is make me pee green. As someone who drinks quite a bit of water a day you would think it might make a difference, but not really. Maybe cut the B2 quantity in half or something? Other than that it is great.”

“Helps me get the daily vitamins we need. Especially in todays world, doing anything I can to stay healthy. I take the two multi's in the morning and I take 1 Immune stick before bed! I set up auto-ship to stay consistent! I appreciate you MTN OPS!!”
