“They’re delicious straight to mouth shots of a daily vitamin that taste like a candy powder. I absolutely hate swallowing regular vitamins and always questions whether my body even breaks them down to fully absorb them. With a powder there’s no question. You can also add it to boring bottled water to spice things up.”
