“There's just enough of the good stuff in these gummies that if you fight it you can stay awake but if you put your phone down and let the drowsiness do it's thing you will be out in minutes. Working nights for years I prefer to wear earplugs but being able to get drowsy really speeds up the process. I wake up less and feel completely rested, no jitters.”
