“If mixing in a shaker bottle be prepared for a little chalkiness but if blending in a blender for a shake...SO GOOD.”

“This is my nighttime and post workout protein. I mix it with a small porting of oats and fresh fruit to burn during the night and after my daily run or lift. It helps with my diabetes at night and that empty stomach phenomenon that spikes your glucose at night on an empty stomach. It also mixes better than any other protein with almond milk with no grit”

“Coming from a competitors protein this one is one I won’t buy again. It has a fake sweetener taste to me and it leaves an odd coating on my teeth. I made with milk the first time and it had to sit a while before everything dissolved even with mixing, then the consistency was like pudding. However, drinking right away consistency was good just grainy. I mixed with water the next time and let it sit over night. Slightly better consistency. The protein i used before seriously tastes just like a vanilla milkshake. I was hoping this one would taste like mixed berry ice cream as well.”

“I've only used 4 different protein powders so my sample size is small. However, this claims, and others have said, it disolves well. In my experience, it does not disolve well. It doesn't seem to matter if I use warm or cold water, or cold milk.. water in first or powder in first. I get lots of clumps... and yes I'm using a Mtn ops shaker.... so they should work together. Also, the product make-up is such a fine particle that when I add it to the water, the "dust" of the powder bounces back out of the shaker, even when the shaker is half full. I haven't experienced that with the 3 others, or their Ammo shake. As far as results, I can't tell a diff between this one and any other powder. I did order a diff flavor to see if the dusting issue is flavor specific. If it's not... I don't think I'd buy this again, because I don't want to have to wipe off the counter or the back of my hand each time I add powder to the shaker. Just my $0.02”
