“I started using ammo in the morning at a meal replacement as I’m usually up and out the door. The taste is outstanding, I usually use oats fresh berries or banana on a blender with it. But on its own it is probably the best tasting meal replacement I’ve ever had. As a side note. Dropped 55 pounds while using a combo of Mtn ops products. 265 to 210 and still going. Top shelf.”
