“I ve been using ammo in multiple flavors for a couple years now on mornings where breakfast just is not an option. Helps keep you feeling full until lunch and gives you the nutrition you need. Flavors are awesome. Only drawback I ve found is the zip seal on the bags fails more often then not. Hope this issue gets resolved or go back to plastic tubs with screw tops. Just my two cents......”
