“I loved this shirt and how it feels. I ordered one in large which is what size I wear in everything else. However, I need an XL in this to feel comfortable. I gave the large to my brother and ordered the XL which fits great. I have a couple of the previous flannels as well and the large is perfect in those. Great, quality shirt but just runs a bit small.”

“I am 6'1" 225 lbs--depending on the brand I wear L tall or XL. I ordered an XXL and the shoulders are stretched out , and the sleeves are 2" from my wrist. The shirt is good quality, but be aware of the sizing when you order.”

“I have multiple gear pieces from Mtn Ops and really enjoy their apparel. I'm a bigger guy and normally wear their XXL. All their previous pieces (including two of their previous flannel shirts) fit great. I ordered the new Tamarack Tech Flannel Shirt in a XXL. It does not fit, too small. If ordering, order a size up if possible. If you wear their XXL, this shirt may not fit you.”

“If you have broad shoulders, a big chest and/or a wide back donâ€™t bother ordering. This is more like a childâ€™s shirt and youâ€™ll be lucky if you can even get it on. I would need to order about 2 sizes larger to even come close to being a comfortable fit.”

“Fits more on the athletic side than the man size. Meaning, It would've fit great while in the academy not so much a couple years out of the academy. Quality is top notch!”

“I got in on the OPSTOBER promotion and added the Heron color version of this shirt with my supplement order, it showed up yesterday and I'm pumped! It's the best fitting flannel I own by far. I'm 6'1, weigh 195-200lbs (should be closer to 185lbs.... working on it), and have longer arms, and the non-boxy more athletic cut of this thing looks and feels great. My fiancÃ©e loves it on me, there's a good color assortment to pick from, and it's fair to say I'll be ordering another one to three of these soon!!”

“The quality and materials are outstanding. My issue is with the sizing. I wear an XL in Mtn Ops shirts and every shirt in the known universeâ€¦ I got this in an XL and I could barely get it over my shoulders. Mtn ops has a great return policy so I swapped to an XXL and it is marginally better. When I reach in front of me I feel like Iâ€™m going to rip the back open. Just be mindful of the smaller sizing on these if you are going to order!”

“Just ordered the new Tamarck Tech Flannel Shirt. I normally wear a Large in everything else that I order from Mtn. Ops. I would highly recommend ordering one size larger in the Flannel Shirt. This makes it a lot more comfortable when wearing with an additonal layer.”
