“I only review what I have legitimate information on. I am not going to sit here and tell you that I've never felt soooo hydrated after drinking MTN OPS hydration packets. I felt fine after consuming them, and for that I am happy. I will say however, I have tried different packets before. the main brands and the more niche ones. These taste better than any other I have tried to this point. The shaker cup they provided is also solid. Great look to it and it feels good in the hand!”

“1 package of the hydration flavor had a hole in the packaging so it was all over inside the cup and over the other packages. The flavors of the other two were good.”

“So i normally take LMNT for my electrolytes. So i mixed LMNT with some of the hydration packs from Mtn Ops. And i liked the combination. The reason i did that was because The mtn ops option has more potassium than sodium. And Lmnt has the opposite. So it went together very well. It might be something i come back to.”
