“I bought these bands to help rehab my mother after her hip surgery. I am using the harder ones to improve my legs at the same time. Would like to have arm workouts as well.”

“These are great! Much better than the flat runner ones that rip your leg hair out. The mesh bag keeps them together otherwise I’d misplace one. Very durable and well made!”

“I like the 3 different weight groups this package offers. I took one to work and have been doing a variety of arm exercises with the lightest weight and they are just right to get the shoulders burning while still sitting at my desk. The others have made the rounds through a pilates course to add a little fire to my legs. I like that these are fabric so they don't slide down or folder over when you're trying to workout.”
