“This vest is not bulky at all. Fits great and very adjustable. Well made. Holds my regular round plates up to 10lbs as I await my Rogue cast iron plates. If anyone knows, do the foam inserts go between the plate and the body for cushioning or the plate and the exterior part of the vest? Would be nice if there were some simple instructions on plate installation and proper adjustment!!”

“This vest has a great fit to it and it is nice that it can be adjusted on the fly during a run or workout with ease. The Rogue Plates fit really nice in it.”
