“This is the second weight vest that I've owned and the quality, fit and comfort of this vest vs the other one that I have is not even close. I've run about 10 miles with this vest on, and the pain and discomfort that I would typically feel with my other vest, was non-existent with this one. I ordered the L/XL and it fits my 5'8" 183 lb frame perfectly. The padded shoulder straps are adjustable, and allow you to position the vest in a way that the vest (with two 10 lb plates) doesn't bounce around giving you shoulder, neck and torso pain the way that other vests do. The ROGUE Plates fit perfectly, as well.”

“While a weighted vest is never the ideal definition of comfort, this Arena Plate Carrier does make it a much more enjoyable experience. I have used one other carrier before and this one is much better. It sits perfectly in the center of your chest and back (once you realize the shoulders are adjustable). Great snug fit to keep it from banging against you. Will order a second one to replace my wife's Condor Plate Carrier.”

“great feel compact and light, and the rogue plates fit perfectly. I dont have the l/xl I got the smaller version. I wish I would have gone bigger however so I could utilize the adjustment more the model at 6 feet and 195 has the smaller size. when I run the front plate bounces a lot I don't know if I need to adjust it down more and strap it down or not. My only complaint is any running over 10 mph pace I get beat up and if I strap down too hard cant breath could be just user error”
