“These are not huge, they make a loop about one foot in diameter. One of the other reviewers here said that there are some instruction videos online provided by MTNOPS but I haven’t been able to find them.”

“These bands have been a great addition to my gym experience. My wife and I share these bands for our MTNTOUGH workouts and they are perfect for us. The only issue we’ve had is that the bag tie-string became undone within the first two times being used so we have to store them in a different bag.”
