“I thought these bands would be smaller, as in slip on and stay at your knees/ankles. This sucker is HUGE. I folded it in half and tried to use it for lateral walks and it was still too big. I'm going to have to get creative in how to use it. It wasn't very clear in the photos how big this loop is, I would have prefered a smaller band and wouldn't have purchased this item if I had know what it was going to be.”
