“We purchased a weekender mat recently and had a disaster with getting it delivered. The Munchkin and Bear Team could not have been more helpful - they found the parcel, organised for redelivery and waived the repeat delivery charge which I'd offered to pay. The mat itself is stunning. My husband was initially convinced that he would still find it uncomfortable to play with our little one and within five minutes stretched out as it was so comfy! The colours are bright and cheerful without being garish and our baby adores it. I wish I had bought it sooner as it would have been worth it for the very early days of tummy time.”
