“When I first started working out (few months ago), I was a little hesitant about consuming protein-powder shakes, as I had never had them before. But after a few months of taking them, I don't have any regrets at all. They taste amazing (preferably chilled)!!
I've tried Musashi 100% Whey and also Musashi High Protein. I have a slim body complexion and started to build some lean muscle already, but I would like to continue to build up more muscle, so I'm not sure if the 100% Whey or the High Protein will help me get there faster (oh, and I cut back on sugars and gluten from my diet, which also helped a lot!). Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
