“It’s a decent protein, I’ll plot the down sides to the protein.
Positives:
1. it’s cheap, fairly priced.
2. It tastes good with a single scoop, 2 is excessive hard to stomach.
Downsides:
1. It has a high amount of caffeine (once a day dosage at max ,1-1/2 scoops daily any more is excessive.)
2. I get massive stomach aches after consuming it, it hits me for the first 1-2 hours of training.
3. My poops smell like chemicals i noticed after jumping on mushashi, for reference I’m on one shake a day 1-1/2 scoops daily with protein milk .5 litres daily, I have been on the milk for a long time the only constant is the protein powder, I also have one core power foods meal a day paired with toast and a side, I have been on core power foods before and never had this side effect, not a big deal any way.
I would still buy the protein despite this if I was on a budget, the stomach aches are fairly intensive and constant after consuming the product but toughen up, you will live it’s a decent once a day protein, I feel really good after 2-3 hours of training.
