“The golden ice cream flavour is mine the rest are my housemates but we are obsessed! I have the casein custard as a dessert, and it keeps me full all night and I don’t wake up famished anymore which is awesome! The protein brownie mix is 100% my new favourite thing! I add abit of nuttiva hazelnut spread on the top and you honestly wouldn’t think it’s not unhealthy! It tastes so naughty but it’s not! What?! Crazy town! I love muscle nation products! It has honestly saved my hunger pangs this comp prep and it helps me get my protein intake for the day and keeps my tummy satisfied! I also have 2 pairs of bike shorts and they are soooo comfy and make my butt look lush! Haha you guys have absolutely nailed it’! But that custard is a revolution! Thanks guys!! Xx”
