I wore the shorts to the gym and they fit so well and didn't ride up awkwardly during sets. The shorts and the matching sports bra make a really cute set. Muscle Nation is my new favourite brand! My boyfriend also loves Muscle Nation so I bought a few things for him as well and he loves them! The sizes seem to run larger for men he is normally a Medium to Large and I got him an XL and that fit him perfect - I again compared to models sizes which helped a lot.
