“Honestly so good! I use sometimes as a substitute for coffee for energy (I work a 12 hour day) and it gives me the kick in the ass I need for workouts and getting me through a day.
The flavour it’s just too good.. I’m not a fan of overly sweet, sickly sweet or sour flavours cause I get nauseous while training; this tastes just like red skins- I have two other flavours that are ‘nice’ however this is hands down my fave”
