“Customer service is the best I’ve had from any online store in awhile and I do lots of shopping (guilty). Items were shipped a little bit out of shipping times during their recent big sale but customer service made sure my parcel was shipped the day I got in contact. They also organised an out of stock item to be sent separately so this didn’t hold up the rest of my order at no cost to me for shipping, I also got a cute scrunchie and a 25% off voucher.
