The biggest thing for me is energy and skin health. My skin is improving week by week, and by one week of use my energy was so much better.

Within a few days I had more energy, felt more focussed and my Whoop HRV rose from 80 to 120. I’m excited to see the longer term effects of Muto.

I have been using different longevity supplements. I felt a significant difference with Multilongevity (which was not my experience with other NAD and NMN supplementation). My sleep improved, and I feel more energy during my workouts. The most significant advantage is that it contains supplements like quercetin, fisetin, and Vitamin D, in the right doses, so I no longer have to take them separately or pay for each. It was also very nice to have a free consultation with Dr Richie Barclay. I recommended it to my friends and am happy to recommend it to all longevity community members.

I have been taking MUTO for a week but I have already noticed a difference. My energy levels are better, my HRV has improved and I feel more relaxed in the mornings (which is a rare thing to say as a busy mum of 3!) I also had a call with Richie where we discussed my health goals and he gave me great advice moving forward. I would highly recommend and I look forward to seeing how the next few months with MUTO go. Thank you!

I came across Muto a while back, I spent a lot of time mulling over and doing the research into Muto before making the switch. I wanted to slim down my supplements to 1 which met all my needs. I'm a 53year old medic and female, longevity is my goal. Lots of knowledge in supplements and nutrition. I wanted to improve my HRV and cellular health for the future. I have hypertension and strength train X3 per week. I started Muto 28th July 2025 and 3.5 weeks later My HRV has improved massively, I feel well at a cellular level. My skin is clear and alive and I feel this is just the beginning. My menopausal joint pain after strength training does not exist. This is something I noticed after 5 days. I feel very strong in the gym when lifting weights. To replace all supplements with 1 that meets all your needs is amazing as I have felt the results from Muto. Thank you Dr Richie for a research based supplement which is truly life changing. I'm glad I made the switch.

6 weeks in. Can honestly say absolutely that nothing has happened. I track my sleep, my body battery and my HRV and have done for years. No change for me.

I have taken this for 30 days and zero change in energy, hrv or sleep. So far it's not living up to the promises however hrv and sleep are important to me so I will try for another 30 days.
