“I received my order 3 weeks later than expected and when it finally did arrive one ear wasn’t work and the other kept cracking every time someone called me. I had to constantly follow them up to inquire about delivery that they kept telling would be with me soon. I emailed to ask for a refund and a pre paid P&P and was told that I’m expected to cover the cost my self which will not be refunded although they sent me an item that was faulty”
