Just had cataract surgery and the heat on my eyes feels so good. The warmth feels like a hug! Love the masks

Some don’t get warm others get too hot. I even burned my eyelid because it got so hot. Did not realize until too late.

Hi Denise, We're so sorry about that! I attempted to reach out to you to offer some suggestions but have no heard back. Please make sure to use the products right after opening the sachet. And if the product is too hot, you could either rest the mask on your eyes without putting the loops around you ears, or you could place a thin cloth or tissue between the mask and the eyes to lessen the heat. Please let me know if these suggestions are helpful. CC Team

These are perfect for traveling. I have been using one that needs to be put in microwave no more for me! I will be using these from now on.

Work great, love how easy they make it to warm my eyelids. I'm on cancer meds that promote styes and these help a lot. I really hate how much packaging this company uses. Shipping box is ridiculous like you're opening an ipad or something. Individually wrapped pads are hard to get around but I wish they looked into other solutions. Reduce the packaging ad pass the savings onto the customer! These would be 5 stars if they weren't so wasteful.

This is a simple and quick way to help with dry eye syndrome. My optometrist recommended using a warm heat mask nightly and this is the best way to do that. Love it!
