“I’ve had dry eyes for years. I was prescribed Restasis and advised to use a microwave heated Bruder mask for 10 min/day, but sometimes the Bruder mask would get too hot. Also, when traveling, hotel rooms often did not have a microwave and hot water on a wash cloth cooled off too quickly. But now, with these self-heating compresses, all those problems are solved. I use it when I go to bed. They are very soothing and, while very warm, they don’t get too hot. I often fall asleep with it on and take it off when I wake up during the night. They are amazing!
