“I am very impressed at how well these eye masks stay on. My only suggestion would be to consider adding a nose crimp to apply a little more pressure to the sinuses so the heat can be beneficial there as well. I do use a sleep mask on top of the eye mask to hold it a little more firmly on my face but still find myself pinching it on to the bridge of my nose so my entire eye socket can get maximum benefit.
