We're so sorry about that. I attempted to follow-up with you to offer some suggestions on appropriately using the products, but have not heard back.
Since dry eye disease is a chronic condition, it typically takes at least 2-4 weeks of treatment before seeing improvements.

So happy to hear that these are helping you!! Radiation therapy is a major risk factor for dry eyes, and I have several patients with similar issues. I have them use the warm compresses and the eyelid wipes, and it makes all the difference! :-)
