“It's a pretty useful supplement. And although the benefits of L-Glutamine have been disproven by now, the rest of the ingredients are still useful, and it being a hydrolysate protein means that it indeed gets absorbed quicker, hence it's ideal for use during a workout. The Blackcurrant taste is, well it's very dominant. Doesn't mix well with other juices (I usually mix it with Cranberry juice, because, well, Eddie does it)”

“It is like drinking cordial but I get loads of protein. I didn't great fable 't realise it also came with BCAAs and EAAs too! The pouch was super convenient s it fitted through the letter box AND great value for money.”
