“Did not like that the person I gave the gift subscription to, had to put their credit card details in to set up account. Also did not realise choice of underpants and socks quite limited”

“Subscription came and was a surprise Christmas gift for my son. Oddballs was written all over the packaging & he answered the delivery knock - so unfortunately he then knew what he was getting! I complained & was told that there was something to tuck below the delivery details if I had wanted it in olain packaging. I did not see this at all & I believe as it was ordered as a gift it should have come in plain packaging unless I had requested otherwise!”

Hi Jill, All our orders are sent out in our OddBalls pattern packaging and this is explained in the cart section before you actually place your order so you are fully aware of this. We do not offer a 'this is a gift' option so we make sure to let customers know about the packaging before you pay - just incase you need to change it to the plain packaging option, but we are sorry you missed that this time!
