“Had to email as fault in towel. Given a replacement. Lots of hassle for a faulty item taking and emailing pictures and waiting for a response. A returns slip would have made this more simple.”

Hi Joanne, Thanks for you review and feedback! Returns labels are something we are looking to get introduced but as we are a small company and can only print our orders from regular printers at the moment, its not possible just yet. We understand that this results in a longer process and we are glad to see that a member of our customer service team could get the replacement out to you with 48 hours of your original email to us!
