“I'd prefer to be asked to submit a review when the items have been sent. Viewing my order on your website, it says you have been getting it ready since 26th May with no further update. I understand that delays can happen, especially in these extraordinary times and I don't mind the wait, but is there any way of having your review request emails sent only after the order has been dispatched?”
