“I'd ordered these as part of a larger order. Over the last 3 years, my young grandson has been in charge of choosing Oddballs pants for his parents & auntie & uncle. The quality is always great & he loves the free hats, even if they're miles too big! He chose his'n'hers Fat Cows this year for his parents....imagine his 5 year old's face when the ladies' pair was substituted!! Huge disappointment so we can't recommend them as we didn't get any!”

Hi Helen, We are really sorry that,, on this occasion we could not get all your products to you. Unfortunately from time to time we do have to substitute designs as our stock levels do fluctuate daily. Here at OddBalls we prefer to replace products we do not have where we can, instead of just refunding them to you and you missing out on, not only the design, but also the number of products from your order. We understand this is not the option all our customers would opt for but we prefer to give you the option to have a replacement pair. Any customers who we send out alternative products to can absolutely exchange them if they are not suitable or return them for a full refund, all you would need to do is contact us on lookafter@myoddballs.com and we can get that sorted for you straight away!
