“I would love to be in a position to review my order but as it still isn't here it would be quite difficult! I know it was a pre-order but it was meant to be dispatched on the 1st December but as yet I haven't had my order and received an email to say they 'should' be here by the 14th. I hope so as we are away for Christmas so any later means we won't be able to take this gift with us.”

We are truly sorry for the unforeseen delay we encountered with the pre-ordered pjs and that we had to push back the dispatch of them. We made sure we kept all our customers as up-to-date with what was going on, with the email notifications you received as soon as we had the information from our manufacturer ourselves. We were really pleased that we could get the pjs out well in time though for everyones Christmas presents!
