“Paid for one day delivery which was then confirmed as two days. Despite being in, DHL didn’t wait for the door to be answered and so have left the parcel at a local pick up point. Not got the goods yet so can’t really review.”

Hi Richard, Our next day delivery service is next working day so Monday to Friday only, as your order was placed on a Saturday evening it was processed on the Monday for a delivery the next day on Tuesday.
