We are really sorry we could not get the product to you on this occasion, we hate to let customers down like that! We are also sorry you did not wish for us to send you a different pair when our customer services team contacted you to explain the situation - but completely understand that everyone orders certain products for a reason! At the moment we do not have a specific date for returning designs but we always let everyone know through our marketing emails when they do come back in :)
