“Very happy with this hat, warm, fits well and looks good in the colours I chose. What isn’t acceptable is it taking a week to be delivered. There isn’t a reason nowadays for the undue delay in receiving it.”

Hi there, Thanks for the 5 stars and sorry if you felt the delivery time was long. Our standard delivery is 3-5 workings days (no weekends i'm afraid) which is pretty standard for most UK retailers. We do have a fast postage service too though which is £4.95 and you can select that at the checkout :)
