“Bra too small it was supposed to be size 3xxL it did not fit sent back and lost money on postage. Oddballs’s wanted it sent back by the most expensive way by tracking method so lost that & original £2.50 postage. Lost £15 in total to send two bras back. Buyers beware. They only give back the price of the item. Rubbish site total rip-off for postage. Will never buy again from here. Sue”

Hi Susan, We are really sorry to see that we only received 1 star from you. We advise to send products back to us using a tracked service as, if we do not have proof of deliver to our warehouse, we cannot process a refund for the product i'm afraid. Customers are more than welcome to send product back using a postage service of their choice, we do recommend it to be a tracked one for the above reason. If a product is faulty we will absolutely cover the returns postage, however all other returns postage must be covered by the customer as stated on our website, so i'm sorry if that was not clear.
