“I ordered a size 16 but received a size 6 I emailed and phoned up but had no joy with them. I ended up cancelling my subscription as I wasn’t very happy! I won’t be ordering again!”

Good afternoon, We have just has a quick look and ,as it was the size 6 that was ordered in the subscription - this was also detailed on both the order confirmation and shipping confirmation you will have received, our customer service team did need the products returning before we could send out the 16s to you.
