“I dont have any complaints about the product. Seems to be comfy and well made. But everything comes individually wrapped in non-recyclable plastic. In fairness I did complain directly to the customer service team and they said they're trying to address this by 2021. No idea why it would take that long.”

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us and great to hear that you love your new OddBall undies! You will also be pleased to know that we no longer order any new products (or tops ups of old ones) in non-recyclable packaging! All our underwear is now packaged in fully recyclable bags! The reason that it may be 2021 that we have completely phased out the non-recyclable stuff is that we have a lot of stock already with us that is in the old packaging. For health and hygiene reasons we have to leave them in the sealed packs and then just phase them out bit by bit as they sell out and we order new stock in
