Hi Karen, We are really sorry your OddBalls order did not reach you first time around, unfortunately some packs do get sent back to us if calling cards are left by the courier and not answered. We always resend these as soon as we can, as we had done with yours on this occasion. We apologise for the inconvenience it caused but glad we got the order to you!
