I order and when oi received this item the mask box was crush on one side making the clip bent inward, at firsts I thought it supposed to look that way but after looking at the other mask I bent back the clip. back, I call your customers services and explain what had happens during transit and my concern that the metal clip might had weakened since it was bent..AT first was told I would be sending another one but the Cs
person could not process the transaction,told me to call back, so I gave her my phone number but never call me back the next day, I would had sent this item back but since I open the packages that was not allowed per your policy. I was not aware.”
“Had to buy a child's mask separately for my wife. Instead of sending all large masks with the orders, you shpuld send one child's mask instead. Not happy to have to buy another accessory right after purchasing the main unit. You need a medium sized mask!”
