“I used this daily in the evenings before I went to bed. During the night, my sinuses and sinus cavities get very dry and can be quite painful at times, even though I drink plenty of water throughout the day, and I was hoping this would help. I would also use it in the mornings to help clear my sinuses due to my allergies I have. When I awoke in the mornings, my nasal passages and mouth was still dry and often my lips were cracked. As for my allergy symptoms, I did notice some improvement in the pressure I feel in my sinuses under my eyes, it wasn't as pronounced as it usually is.”
