“This company is so great. I use the regular mist for nasal problems. I bought the facial mask to try. I struggled getting it out of the mist machine. It broke off. The company re sent me a new one at no charge with detachment instructions. Be sure and follow them. I love the mask.”
“The mask is pretty small. It does not cover my whole face. Also a lot of the mist just sticks to the inside of the mask and turns to water before coming out of the holes. Enough mist comes out (only on the hottest setting) that it still technically works I guess. One last nit picky thing is the plastic looks cheaply glued together. But that is me being nit picky.
Otherwise I really libe the concept. Just wish it was bigger.”

I was highly disappointed and was looking for a replacement or a refund. I wanted this to work, but it simply is made very poorly.”
