I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful in assisting me with debugging the unit. After performing some brief tests, they agreed to send me a new unit. The agent who assisted me (Kimberly) was so helpful and patient. She promptly replied to all of my communications and never gave the feeling that I was a pest, which was refreshing.
