The item itself gets 5 stars as it is a product I have been using all along except that this is a new one to replace the bad one. The reason for the 4 star rating overall is because of how the lifetime warranty is given. I use the same or better water in my machine without a cost from the hospital Rehab centre. I would have to pay about the same cost as a new machine buying water from you. However I do recommend the product to anyone. It is a must have.”
